Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • You made an enquiry about services provided by The Centre for Outcomes of Care (OOC) or request information to be provided

  • You signed up to receive regular news and information from us via email or telephone

  • A colleague or other person in your organisation provided your details to request information or services on your behalf

 

We use the information given to us to:

  • To provide, manage and improve services, including participation in virtual and in-person meetings and events.

  • To allow us to deliver events, live broadcasts and webinars hosted by or affiliated with The Centre for Outcomes of Care (OOC)

  • To further the objectives of The Centre for Outcomes of Care (OOC) and share information and education about our work

  • To enable The Centre for Outcomes of Care (OOC) to collaborate with other organisations.

We may share some or all of this information with Glue Up (a membership and event management platform and CRM) to provide services and benefits.

We do not otherwise share or sell personal data to other organisations for their own purposes.

You are not required to pay any charge to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
